The Collection is published in both printed and electronic formats at the expense of Yuzhnoye State Design Office.

Publications in the Collection are provided free of charge for both authors and users (Diamond Open Access). No fees are charged to authors for the processing, peer review, or publication of the articles in the Collection or on its website.

Doctoral (third-cycle higher education) students funded by the state budget are exempt from any fees (payments) for the processing, review, and/or publication of the articles submitted by such students individually (without co-authors).

The DOI for each article is assigned at the expense of Yuzhnoye SDO.

All articles published in the Collection are open access and are freely available on the Internet immediately after publication.

No author’s fee is paid for the publication of scientific articles in the Collection; however, each author is entitled to receive a complimentary copy of the Collection.
