The Editorial Office of the Collection adheres to an Open Access policy.
The Collection is registered in the global ROR registry, which promotes transparency and open access to scientific information.
All articles are published on the Collection website free of charge and without time limitations, and are also distributed through the national library system, where they are stored in printed and electronic formats in the Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine database of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine.
