In the event of a violation of publication ethics or the need to make significant corrections to an article, the Editorial Board reviews each case individually, guided by COPE recommendations.
The retraction procedure establishes the process for withdrawing articles that have already been published in the Collection.
The purpose of retraction is to correct published information and maintain high standards of academic integrity.

Grounds for article retraction:
- Confirmed fact of plagiarism or improper borrowing.
- Discovery of significant errors that call into question the reliability of the research results.
- Duplicate publication without proper reference to the source.
- Falsification, fabrication, or manipulation of data.
- Concealment of a conflict of interest that influenced the interpretation of the findings.
- Violation of ethical standards during the conduct of the research.
- Unauthorized (without justification) use of AI for writing text or generating graphic materials.
Procedure for initiating a retraction
The retraction procedure may be initiated by the authors, the Editorial Office, readers, or other authorized persons.
The initiator submits a written statement with a detailed justification and evidence of the need for retraction.
The Editor-in-Chief reviews the statement within 5 (five) working days and establishes a board of three independent experts.
The Board analyzes the materials; the authors are necessarily given an opportunity to provide an explanation.
The total period for reviewing the case does not exceed 30 (thirty) calendar days.
