The Collection implements various procedures to ensure permanent access to the content published on the Collection’s website, such as copying articles and their metadata to the Zenodo and NBUV repositories, monitoring technological aspects to ensure uninterrupted operation of the website, using DOI identifiers, and creating backup copies of the file system and the Collection website database.

The Collection stores its metadata and the full texts of its articles on its official website. In addition, it creates copies of the articles in the international repository Zenodo (zenodo.org) and in the scientific database of the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, which ensures long-term digital preservation of the information.
