Publishing policy

The collected articles edition publishes only earlier unpublished research papers.

The authors are responsible for the contents of the articles submitted to the collected articles. The submitted article should be completely original, including comprehensive information on the research, reliable results of the implemented work, as well as objective substantiation of its importance.

Articles should not contain plagiarisms. If works or assertions of other authors are used, than it is necessary to make appropriate bibliographic references or give the quotations. Articles, where plagiarisms are found, will be dismissed from publishing. All types of plagiarism are unethical and unacceptable. If required, the editorial board may check the submitted articles for the plagiarism.

Editorial board of the collected articles provides the internal review of the submitted articles, involving the enterprise’s experts, and if required – workers from the other scientific institutions. Period of the internal review – no more than month from the date of article submission to the Editorial board. If the reviewers have questions, the authors shall be ready to provide the editorial board the additional information concerning the results, specified in the article.

Authors should guarantee that there are no contractual relations or intellectual property considerations, which might have an impact on the publishing of the information, mentioned in the submitted article.

Editorial board reserves the right to correct the title of the scientific article, abridge its content and make corrections (technical, literary or scientific editing).
