An article submitted for publication in the collected book “Space Technology. Missile Armaments” shall be accompanied by the review signed by a leading expert in article’s subject with conclusion from the subpanel of Science and Engineering Board of the company on expediency of its publication. As required, the editorial staff of the collected book may send the article for additional reviewing.

The author shall update the article in compliance with the comments of reviewers or editorial staff, and he may ask the editorial staff not to attract some of the reviewers for manuscript reviewing, if he sees a conflict of interest in this. The editorial staff may make a decision to attract one or several of these reviewers in case if their comments are important for impartial reviewing of the manuscript. Such a decision may be made, for example, in case when there are grave contradictions between the given manuscript and the previous work of potential reviewer.
