Annotation: The thermal analysis was made for external surfaces of a reusable high-altitude supersonic flying vehicle being a part of a space transportation system. The basic criteria were determined for selection of its heat-resistant and heat-protective structures.

Annotation: To solve the problem, procedure is suggested forming the basis for two functional extremeness conditions, one of which is Euler equation. Application of this procedure enables to obtain set of extremals, each of them is defined by a value of one of constants. It is shown that with such an approach extremals, obtained for a definite range of the above constant, can give to functional stronger results than when applying a classical solution.

Annotation: The issues are considered of exclusion of influence of moisture exchange processes on moisturesensitive elements of hardware assemblies. The list of problems is given, solution of which using the results of evaluation of parameters of heat-and-moisture transfer in multi-layer shells made of composite materials will allow to structurally ensure the moisture resistance of hardware operated in non-isothermal conditions during warranty period.
